Although the quality is superb, I had problems following the directions for fitting. One of the bands did not have the correct attachment surface where it needed to be. I had to twist the band to get it to hold.
Really helps take tension off my spastic rhomboid by bringing my shoulders back and down into proper posture. It also helps with my overall posture and muscle memory of correct posture. I've been using this brace for a few months now, and I highly recommend it!
Helps you while it's on for sure, it hurts though.
Im 5'8 1/2. Size medium fit me perfect. It wasnt too long or too short. Provides great support.
